Not in anyone's programme
We choose not to take part in insurer Direct Repair Programs. That lets us represent you through the claim, without constraints built for the carrier's benefit rather than yours.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
No. In Texas you choose who repairs your car. If your insurer suggests somewhere else, you can simply say: “I've chosen Josh's Auto Body in McKinney. Please send the estimate there.” That's all it takes.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Drive in any weekday and we'll look at it. Estimates are free, and there's no obligation to have the work done here.
How long will my car take?
It depends on the damage and how fast the parts come. We'll give you a realistic date when we write the estimate, and tell you if it changes. [CONFIRM: typical turnaround]
What does the warranty cover?
