Pay an invoice

Every invoice arrives by email with a payment button in it, and that's the quickest way to settle one. Paying online through this page is coming soon. In the meantime, a check is welcome, or call me and we'll sort it out.

Four ways to pay

Whatever's easiest for you. I don't add a fee for any of them.

Card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, straight from the invoice email. No account to create and no password to remember. Coming soon.

Bank transfer

Pay directly from your business checking account using the same invoice link. Best for larger invoices. Coming soon.

Check

Still perfectly welcome, and available today. Hand it to me or ask where to send it, and I'll mark the invoice paid the day it arrives.

In person

Tap a card on my phone if I'm already standing in your shop. You get a receipt by text or email. Coming soon.

How billing works

  • Half to start, half before your site goes live. Payment plans are available on any build, in equal monthly payments, with no interest and no extra charge for paying early.
  • Every invoice is itemised and shows sales tax separately, so you can hand it straight to your bookkeeper.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days. If the timing is tight, tell me before the date and we'll move it. I'd rather adjust than chase.
  • Nothing is charged automatically unless you've asked for a monthly care plan and said yes to it in writing.

A note on safety

Payments are handled by a payment processor on their own secure page. I never see or store your card number, and it isn't kept on this website.

I will never email or text you asking for card details, and I'll never ask you to send them through the contact form. If you ever get a message claiming to be from me asking for a card number, a gift card or a wire transfer, it isn't me. Call (214) 702-8212 and check.

Invoices come from Ancient Landmark Web Co. and reference work we've already discussed and agreed in writing.
